Jim McAuliffe

Managing Partner



Jim McAuliffe is CEO of Omni Navitas. He is a well-renowned Boston real estate developer and investor. Previously, he was a founder and principal at Abbott Real Estate Development LLC. He directed all aspects of deal sourcing, financing, due diligence and development and construction of its multi-family rental housing and age-targeted condominium projects. Abbott permitted and developed over 1,142 apartments, condominiums, and homes in the Boston suburban market in the last 15 years, at a cost of over $280 million. Past President of John Hancock Realty Advisors, Inc., Mr. McAuliffe created an investment fund with $65 million of equity and $55 million of debt and was responsible for creating John Hancock Corporate Tax Credit Fund II, totaling $200 million of equity and $100 million of debt. Mr. McAuliffe is a graduate of Tufts University and received a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Boston University.

Suki Singh

Managing Partner



Suki Singh is a Principal at Omni Navitas and responsible for Investor Relations. He is a seasoned financial services and business development professional, with extensive knowledge of New England and New York tri-state residential and commercial markets. His expertise includes leveraging resources for maximum return and strategic marketing and Business development. Mr. Singh has over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial real estate mortgage business. He recently served as First Vice President of Emigrant Savings Bank responsible for the New England Region. He originated and managed a mortgage portfolio in excess of $1 billion. Previously he worked in the New York office for Emigrant Savings Bank as a Vice President. His responsibilities included managing a retail mortgage sales team. Mr. Singh earned a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences and an A.A.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Concordia College in New York.

Gene McAuliffe

Principal - Acquisitions

Gene McAuliffe is a Principal and oversees Asset Management for Omni Navitas.

Gene McAuliffe was with Abbott Real Estate Development for over ten years. As an asset and property manager for Abbott his responsibilities included oversight and operational management of properties, as well as development management of projects under construction. He was instrumental in refining processes that enhanced Abbott community relations and green initiatives. Mr. McAuliffe was closely involved with developing collaborative relationships within Abbott, with its vendor community and with homebuyers. Prior to that he also was involved in managing areas of Abbott’s internal financial accounting and reporting. Mr. McAuliffe received a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston.

Krishn Anand

Principal - Investor

Krishn Anand Tripathi has experience in fields of Infrastructure, Aviation, Management, Sports, Sports nutrition and has companies based out of India, United States, Dubai and Bangladesh. Krishn hails from a very well renowned family in India and has been actively involved in various philanthropic and humanitarian activities through their charitable organization which aims to provide free healthcare and education to the poorest of poor in India.

Glenn Frank

General Counsel

Glenn Frank received his B.A. in English and Philosophy from Tulane University in 1983, his JD from State University of New York at Buffalo in1983, and his LLM from Boston University in 1984. He is licensed to practice in both New York (1983) and Massachusetts (1984). Mr. Frank specializes in acquisition, development, investment, financing, and divestiture of real estate projects including, management, and leasing of office buildings or other major facilities, site acquisition, permitting, and mergers for partners, investors, and lenders. Clients over the past three decades have included developers, banks, insurance companies, and other construction and permanent lenders in connection with real estate projects. His focus has included a wide array of transactions including: acquisition financing, asset-based financing, debt and balance sheet restructuring, mezzanine financing, and ​structured or ​specialized finance products. Additionally, he is a published award-winning author (Abe Gilman's Ending, 2006), and contributes to many articles including the noted In Appreciation of William Styron; Review of Jimmy Carter’s Peace Not Apartheid (Jewish Book World Magazine, ​Spring 2007). As the full-time legal counsel​ for Omni Navitas, Mr. Frank manages all related matters for the company.​

John McDonough

Principal - Development

John McDonough is a Principal and heads up Portfolio Management for Omni Navitas.

Mr. McDonough has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, including 10 years at Abbott Real Estate, where he headed up development and asset management. His responsibilities included oversight for the portfolio of existing properties, as well as overseeing development management of all projects under construction. Prior to Abbott, Mr. McDonough was an Investment Officer with John Hancock Financial Services in the Real Estate Investment Group, responsible for a variety of real estate investments and portfolios located throughout the U.S. During his tenure, Mr. McDonough was responsible for over 40 individual properties and/or investments with an asset value in excess of $600,000,000. In addition, Mr. McDonough was part of the John Hancock Disposition Team responsible for selling 182 properties valued at over $2.2 billion over a 15 month period. Mr. McDonough completed 23 property transactions with a value in excess of $250,000,000. Mr. McDonough holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College.

Paul Heimlicher

VP Power Sales

Paul joined Omni Navitas in the fall of 2016 where he works from the company’s headquarters in Boston. He supports the company’s rapid growth in commercial solar power development in the Northeast. Paul manages the process of finding and contracting with electricity off-takers in the commercial, municipal, and utility business sectors for the power generated from the company’s portfolio of solar projects. Prior to joining Omni Navitas, Paul’s career was focused on the sales management of specialty computer products and services to commercial and industrial customers. Paul earned his MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College and his BS in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University. Paul has served on the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department’s Industrial Advisory Board at Northeastern University since 2005. Paul volunteers as a Capstone Project judge at both Northeastern and at Babson. In 2002, Paul obtained senior membership status at Riverside Boat Club, a private rowing club in Cambridge MA, where he remains an active participant on the Masters Rowing Team.

Gary D'Ercole

Vice President - Sales

Gary J. D’Ercole is Vice President of Sales and primarily covers Massachusetts and New York, supporting the company’s rapid growth in the Northeast. Gary is focused on developing solar power installations for private-sector customers, both ground mounts and solar parking lot canopies.  His background and life experience enables him to better serve his clients as they navigate the complexities associated with commercial solar installations. Prior to Omni Navitas, Gary worked on and headed up many different sales forces. Gary earned his Bachelors of Arts from Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, MA.

Robert Durant

Principal - Engineering

Robert Durant is a Principal of Omni Navitas, and responsible for all Acquisitions Due Dilgence and Development. Mr. Durant was a Vice President of Abbott Real Estate Development, LLC. His extensive knowledge of the New England real estate market was instrumental in helping to further develop active-adult projects and apartment rental projects for Abbott. Mr. Durant has 22 years experience in the residential real estate business. Prior to joining Abbott, he worked for G.E. Capital Mortgage Insurance for thirteen years as Team Leader covering New England and New York. He was responsible for managing contract underwriting and mortgage insurance underwriting of residential mortgages. His duties included valuation reviews and market research of single family and condominium properties throughout New England and New York. Prior to G.E. Capital, Mr. Durant worked for various banks and mortgage companies in the greater Boston area. Mr. Durant received a B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University.

John Iredale


With over thirty five years of completing projects as owner and president of the Karsten Company, John Iredale joins the Omni Navitas team as Principal in charge of Construction Services. During his tenure at The Karsten Company, his firm provided pre-construction management and design-build services to the private sector. The firm has completed thousands of projects throughout a wide range of property types including industrial, educational, residential, office, retail and health care. Karsten has completed several award-winning historical renovation projects including the Weymouth Iron Works Headquarters, the Weymouth Electric Mill and the South Weymouth Train Station. The firm was also the developer and general contractor for the Courtyard at St. George condominium project which was the first 40R Smart Growth Zoning development in Massachusetts. Mr. Iredale holds a B.A. degree from the University of Delaware, a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License and a City of Boston “A” License.
