Barker Colbert-Regan is an Acquisitions Utilities Analyst at Omni Navitas. He monitors Omni’s performance primarily in New York, which includes project tracking and calculating benchmark effectiveness. Additionally, Barker conducts geospatial analysis to generate and qualify profitable opportunities. Barker earned his BSc. in Renewable Resource Management from McGill University (2019). During his time in Montreal, Barker has completed projects focused on urban sustainability and LEED certification.
Dan Csaplar is a Project Manager in charge of the New York Portfolio of Omni Navitas solar projects. His responsibilities are to ensure all projects receive utility approvals (all local and state approvals), are built on time and on budget, and that all projects meet Investor Due Diligence Standards. Dan is a graduate of Colby College.
Victor Dalal is Director of Development (Asia) at Omni Navitas. He has extensive experience in the renewable energy markets in Europe and Asia with a proven track record in identifying strategic opportunities and development of long-term new business. Previously, Victor was Business Development Director at nv vogt, based in Singapore, where he signed Indonesia’s first utility-scale solar PPA. As Director of Savills Energy in London, he led teams working with development partners to consent to 250MW of solar projects in the UK. He created the Savills Energy International team in Singapore, successfully opening new markets in the solar space in SE Asia and Australia. He graduated in Business Administration from the University of Hull, UK and has a Diploma from Kings College, London.
Gary D’Ercole is VP of Acquisions at Omni Navitas. He primarily covers Massachusetts and New York projects, supporting the company’s rapid growth in the Northeast. Gary is focused on developing solar power installations for private-sector customers, both ground mounts and solar parking lot canopies. Prior to Omni Navitas, Gary worked on and headed up many different sales forces. Gary earned his Bachelor of Arts from Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, MA.
James DiBlasi is an Acquisitions Team Leader at Omni Navitas. He is in charge of growing new business opportunities in the New England area and NY. Prior to Omni Navitas, James co-founded his own drone services company and comes to us with 5-years of sales experience. James earned his Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College.
Glenn Frank is General Counsel for Omni Navitas and manages all legal matters for the company. He is licensed to practice in both New York and Massachusetts and specializes in acquisition, development, investment, financing, and divestiture of real estate projects. Glenn received his B.A. in English and Philosophy from Tulane University (1983), his JD from State University of New York at Buffalo (1983), and his LLM from Boston University (1984).
Rich Gulden is VP of Utilities at Omni Navitas. Rich's primary focus is the solar application lifecycle -- from sales through construction -- across Massachusetts and New York. Prior to joining Omni Navitas, Rich was the owner of a leather and textile company servicing the military, correctional institutions and the private sector. Rich earned his Bachelors in Business at Western New England College in Springfield.
Paul Heimlicer is the Executive VP of Power Sales and Community Solar at Omni Navitas. He manages the process of finding and contracting with electricity off-takers in the commercial, municipal, and utility business sectors for the power generated from the company’s portfolio of solar projects. Prior to joining Omni Navitas, Paul’s career was focused on the sales management of specialty computer products and services to commercial and industrial customers. Paul is a graduate of Northeastern University (BS) and F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College (MBA).
John Iredale is Director of Construction for Omni Navitas. He brings over thirty-five years of experience from completing projects as owner and president of the Karsten Company. During his tenure at The Karsten Company, his firm provided pre-construction management and design-build services to the private sector. In addition to completing thousands of projects throughout a wide range of property types including industrial, educational, residential, office, retail and health care, the firm also completed a number of award-winning historical renovation projects. John holds a B.A. degree from the University of Delaware, a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License and a City of Boston “A” License.
Andre Joseph is Director of Investor Relations at Omni Navitas. His responsibilities include exploring and engaging strategic financial partnership opportunities and driving development and due diligence of projects to completion for investors. Prior to working at Omni, Andre worked in operations and logistics for OrderAhead, a Y-Combinator startup based in San Francisco and later acquired by Square, focused on on-demand food pick-up and delivery services. Andre is a graduate of Cornell University, where he majored in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
Jeremy Karpf is Director of Policy and Strategy at Omni Navitas. He is in charge of analyzing evolving market conditions at a local, state and national level to position Omni Navitas for current and future success. His responsibilities are to synthesize this knowledge to develop optimal strategies to maximize the company's success in current markets and identify lucrative new markets to support Omni’s rapid growth. Jeremy is a graduate of University of Vermont.
Christian Labeck is an Acquisitions Associate at Omni Navitas focusing on GIS mapping and prospecting new markets. Christian is a graduate from University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in English and was also a four-year Division 1 college soccer player during his time at school.
Michael Leahy is an Investor at Omni Navitas and has over two decades of experience in industrial and commercial construction and project management. He is founder and owner of Leahy Real Estate Funding, LLC, which focuses on acquisition, renovation, and sale of multi-family residential homes. He also manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of diverse venture capital investments.
Cindy Luu is COO of Omni Navitas. She oversees the company’s operations and strategic and long-range goal planning, along with the company’s marketing efforts. Prior to joining Omni, Cindy was COO of Winvest Investment Company, LLC, where she oversaw the management of an ethnic supermarket chain, a distribution center, real estate investments, and investments abroad in Asia. She also has experience in early-stage venture capital investment. Cindy is a graduate of Tufts University, Boston University Graduate School of Management, and University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Justin Luu is an Associate Project Manager at Omni Navitas. He supports the project management team to ensure all projects receive utility approvals, are built on time and on budget and that all projects meet investor due diligence. Justin is a graduate of Boston University, where he majored in Economics with a minor in International Relations.
Gene McAulliffe Executive VP of Acquisitions at Omni Navitas. He oversees all acquisitions for the company. Over the past few years, Gene has been instrumental in acquiring over 400 megawatts of solar ground mount projects. Gene has extensive experience in asset and property management in his prior role as Asset Manager at Abbott Real Estate Development. He was also instrumental in refining processes that enhanced Abbott community relations and green initiatives. Gene is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Jim McAuliffe is CEO / Managing Partner of Omni Navitas. He is a well-renowned Boston real estate developer and investor. Previously, he was a founder and principal at Abbot Real Estate Development LLC which developed and constructed over $300 million of real estate projects. Prior to that, Jim was President of John Hancock Realty Advisors, Inc., (a subsidiary of John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company) where he created several LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) funds. He has been responsible for over $1 billion of real estate investment in his career. Jim is a graduate of Tufts University and received a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University.
Peter McAuliffe is Director of Development for Omni Navitas. He is responsbile for overseeing the progress and completion of all projects through the utility and municipal approval process. His role also includes ensuring that all projects are completed on time and on budget, and all projects meet Investor due diligence standards. Peter is a graduate of Colby College.
Cory McCandless is a Project Manager in charge of the New York Portfolio of Omni’s solar projects. Her responsibilities are to ensure all projects receive utility approvals (all local and state approvals), are built on time and on budget, and that all projects meet Investor Due Diligence Standards. Cory is a graduate of Smith College.

John has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 10 years at Abbott Real Estate, where he headed up development and asset management. Prior to Abbott, he was an Investment Officer with John Hancock Financial Services Real Estate Investment Group where he managed over $600 million of assets. John is a graduate of Babson College.
Elijah Mendelsohn is an Associate Project Manager at Omni Navitas. His responsibilities include targeting new markets and facilitating strong communication between the sales and project management teams. Elijah is a graduate of Green Mountain College.

George Moccia is CFO at Omni Navitas. He is an industry veteran with over 35-years of diverse business operations, experience in finance, information technology, and human resources. Prior to joining Omni, George was CFO of Kevin Stephens Design Group in San Francisco. He was also the CFO of Abbott Real Estate Development in Boston. George is a Certified Financial Planner. He is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Lowell (BSBA in Accounting) and Boston College (MBA).
Derek Papagianopoulos is a Director of Acquisitions at Omni Navitas. He is in charge of new business opportunities in the New England and New York areas. Prior to Omni Navitas, Derek was the Director of Operations at Stuart Dean, an architectural restoration company. Derek earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia.

Suki Singh is Managing Partner / Executive VP of Investor Relations at Omni Navitas. He is a seasoned financial services and business development professional with expertise in leveraging resources for maximum return and strategic marketing and business development. He has an extensive knowledge of U.S. and global markets. Previously, Suki served as First Vice President of Emigrant Savings Bank (New England Region) where he originated and managed a mortgage portfolio of over $1 billion. Suki is a graduate of Concordia College in New York.
Hailey Wilson is Closing Coordinator at Omni Navitas. She is responsible for updating and maintaining each portfolio’s closing documents and assuring that each item is up to investment grade. Hailey is a graduate of St. Lawrence University.
